We transformed nPlan's conference into a truly connected event, bringing together 100 live attendees and 2,500+ remote viewers across two distinct spaces at Kachette in Shoreditch. The result? A polished, glitch-free experience that felt effortless for everyone involved.

THE CHALLENGE

nPlan was hosting a high-profile tech conference split across two unique spaces: one for interactive product demos and sponsor networking, the other set up as a theatre for keynote presentations and panels. The brief was ambitious: deliver broadcast-quality experience for in-room guests and ensure remote audiences felt fully connected – all without technical hiccups that could derail the day.

The venue's architecture added complexity, and they needed a production partner who could manage every technical detail so they could focus on creating meaningful connections with their audience.

We designed the event with a single goal in mind: make it feel effortless for your guests.

For the Live Audience:
We created two distinct zones tailored to different experiences. The demo area featured high-impact display screens and a compact, crystal-clear audio setup that kept conversations natural and engaging. The main stage was a focal point – a custom-built setup with professional lighting, a sleek glass lectern, and thoughtful staging that kept 100 attendees engaged and connected to every speaker.

For Remote Viewers:
We deployed redundant streaming systems to guarantee zero downtime. Dual cameras captured every moment – wide shots of the room, close-ups of speakers – so remote audiences felt present in the action. Behind the scenes, our team managed live show control, audio balance, and stream stability throughout the event, ensuring the broadcast flowed as smoothly as the live experience.

Behind the Scenes – So You Don't Have To:
From pre-event planning and technical design through to live show control, our specialist team owned every element. We managed camera direction, audio switching, and technical troubleshooting in real time, so nPlan's team could focus on delivering great content and building relationships with attendees.
